Cause of error

- EnDat communication error
- Motor encoder contaminated or defective
- Signal cable defective
- Encoder input defective on the control
- Signal connector: Poor contact or penetration of humidity
- Humidity has entered the motor

Error correction

- Inform your service agency
- Check the motor table (SYS column)
- Exchange the motor control board (or better, the control)
- Check the speed encoder cable (defective or too long)
- Check the speed encoder
- Check the cable ground and shield
